President Masoud Pezeshkian, who had traveled to Turkmenistan to participate in the two summits of the heads of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Caspian Sea Environmental Summit, met with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Thursday.
The two sides also, in a telephone call, had stressed the continuation and strengthening of bilateral and strategic cooperation between Tehran and Moscow.
