Addressing Parliament’s open session on Tuesday, Ghalibaf said that the Iranian nation’s resistance has driven the usurping Zionist regime and the Americans to despair.

Facing a series of defeats, they sometimes attempt to push the Iranian nation into submission through threats and military force, but they have miscalculated, as Iran will not surrender, he said, adding that through the two recently imposed wars, the Americans and their regional mercenaries have come to understand that the age of excessive demand has ended.

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution had determined Iran’s military strategy in confronting a possible enemy attack, he noted.

As a result, the Armed Forces’ response to any enemy miscalculation will be unpredictable without being bound by geographical limits, Ghalibaf said. He added that Iran will bring their miscalculations to an end.

“We maintain the highest level of defense readiness on the field and in the military arena; should Washington commit another strategic error, it should know that, this time, it will face a new war field and will seek an escape route more desperately than it does today,” he added.
