Putin sworn in as Russian president for 5th term

Vladimir Putin has been sworn into his fifth term as Russia’s president in a ceremony in Moscow. The Russian leader has claimed a mandate for “correctness of the country’s course” despite facing serious challenges. Putin also called for dialogue with the West as the war in Ukraine continues.
