Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal spoke on the first anniversary of the Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, which was reflected by Al Jazeera.
Meshaal said, the Operation Al-Aqsa Storm marked a new stage in the fight against the Zionist regime and will remain a political milestone in the history of this fake regime.
Meshaal emphasized, the operation is a black spot in the history of the Zionist regime and promises the demise of this regime in the near future.
Meshaal said, the Zionist regime is defeated and failed, and the resistance brigades have written the epic of resistance despite all the Zionist regime's crimes.
He referred to the support of the resistance axis for the resistance and the Palestinian people, saying: We appreciate our brothers in Lebanon, Iran, Yemen, and Iraq, who have sacrificed themselves for us and sacrificed a convoy of martyrs, including their leaders, and at the forefront of them, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah.
Meshaal said, the Hamas movement has sacrificed its leader and many of its personnel and fighters for al-Quds and the land of Palestine.
He said, the operation has strategic implications and has opened up horizons and has achieved in one year what would take several years.
Meshaal added, the operation united the Islamic nation and accelerated the liberation of the land of Palestine and brought the Israeli regime to zero because it is fighting for its existence. The statistics of Zionist media polls speak of Israel's defeat at the hands of Hamas and the settlers' escape from the land of Palestine and their fear of living around the Gaza Strip.
He noted the operation revealed the true face of the Zionist regime. It brought the issue of Palestine back to the center of attention and revived it. This operation thwarted the plan to Judaize al-Quds.
Meshaal said, our losses are tactical and the losses of the occupiers are strategic. The Zionist regime is heading towards its demise and destruction.
Hamas: We call on free people to join Operation Al-Aqsa Storm battle
The Hamas movement described the Operation Al-Aqsa Storm as a historic moment in the fight against the Zionist regime in a statement marking the operation's anniversary. Hamas also held the US responsible for the continuation of the genocide war against the Palestinian people.
The statement said: "October 7 was a historic moment of struggle and a natural response to the Zionist plans to destroy our national cause. Since October 7 and throughout the past year, the Nazi enemy has committed the most heinous crimes and massacres and started a genocide war against our people."
Hamas added that the steadfastness and resistance of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and their support for the resistance are a rock that has thwarted all the occupiers' plans.
The statement emphasized that the cowardly assassination crimes committed by the occupiers against resistance leaders and symbols will only make us stronger and more steadfast.
Hamas stressed that it has made and will continue to make efforts to stop the aggression and end the suffering of the people. "We have responded positively to all proposed initiatives and are committed to a permanent ceasefire and complete withdrawal," the statement said.
The statement continued: "The expansion of the Zionist enemy's aggression to Arab and Islamic countries proves that it is a real threat to regional security and stability. We call on our people in the West Bank, al-Quds, occupied territories, and refugee camps to escalate all forms of resistance."
Hamas assured the world that there will be no compromise on the Palestinian people's legitimate right to resist occupation. "We hold the US government responsible for the continuation of crimes and genocide and demand that it stop its biased policies towards the occupying regime," the statement said.
Hamas also urged the free people of the world to join the Operation Al-Aqsa Storm battle to defend al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Joint statement by Palestinian resistance groups on the anniversary of Operation Al-Aqsa Storm
The joint chamber of Palestinian resistance groups issued a statement on the anniversary of the operation, saying: "The October 7 operation and its aftermath marked a historic turning point in the struggles of the Palestinian people and the Islamic and Arab nation, which will be recorded in history."
The statement read: "Oh, sons and daughters of the great Palestinian people and the Islamic and Arab nation, a year has passed since the start of the Operation Al-Aqsa Storm battle, which began in Gaza and spread to all parts of the world. All free nations have resisted in their own way, some by supporting the resistance with arms and some with popular protests and political support, which is the lowest level of faith."
The statement added: "The October 7 operation and its aftermath marked a historic turning point in the struggles of the Palestinian people and the nation, which will be recorded in history. It defeated the enemy and shattered its deterrence theory, which it had been trying to impose since its establishment. It also opened the way for the free fighters of the nation to join the Palestinian fighters as a step towards liberating Palestine."
The chamber said that the Operation Al-Aqsa Storm battle and the way the Palestinian people, who have been under siege for years, were able to defeat the enemy in Gaza and break the Gaza army, shocked the occupying enemy, its leaders, and its intelligence agencies. "God willing, there will be many important and strategic consequences for this regime in the coming days, months, and years," the statement read.
The statement added that the Palestinian people's anger and resistance reached its peak on October 7 last year, coinciding with the intensification of the enemy's aggression against Al-Aqsa Mosque, the plans to Judaize and divide the mosque, the tightening of the siege on Gaza, the crimes against Palestinian prisoners, and the enemy's attempts to settle and annex the West Bank. "The people and resistance of Palestine confronted the occupying enemy, knowing that the price of freedom is high, and with all they had, they entered the battle and fought against this regime."
The statement emphasized that the unity of the resistance fighters in the field during the past year of heroic struggle against the enemy and the confrontation with its forces and military equipment created epic scenes and doubled the power of the resistance. "It proved to the enemy that resistance is the only option for the occupied nations and a sacred right. If it were not for the Palestinian people's exemplary steadfastness against the enemy and their categorical rejection of the plans to expel Palestinians from Gaza, the resistance would not have been able to withstand the enemy."
The statement added that the enemy, unable to defeat the resistance in the field, resorted to killing and massacring thousands of innocent Palestinians in Gaza, hoping to turn the people against the resistance. However, the people of Palestine rallied more than ever to support the resistance and participate in this holy battle.
The joint chamber of resistance groups said that the West Bank and the 1948 occupied territories also rose up against the occupiers, carrying out many heroic operations and preparing to inflict more and harder blows on the enemy.
The joint chamber of resistance praised the support of the resistance in Yemen, Lebanon, and Iraq, as well as the decisive attacks by the Islamic Republic of Iran against the Zionist enemy and its declaration of support for the Palestinian people and resistance. "This is a source of pride and pride, and it demonstrates the unity of purpose, blood, and destiny. Palestine is not alone, and this battle, which began in Gaza, will change the face of the region and pave the way for the liberation of Palestine and the defeat and expulsion of the occupiers."
The statement concluded: "The leaders of the Palestinian resistance groups will remain faithful to the pure blood of the martyrs and the suffering of the refugees, prisoners, and Palestinians under oppression and tyranny. They will continue to defend the people with determination and will be eager to stop the war and crime against the people. They will never abandon the legitimate rights of this nation."
Hakim: Palestine will remain an Islamic and Arab issue, we won't back down
Seyyed Ammar Hakim, the leader of Iraq's National Wisdom Movement in Iraq, issued a statement on the anniversary of the Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, saying that Palestine will remain an Islamic and Arab issue and we won't back down.
Hakim emphasized Iraq's efforts to end the war in Gaza and Lebanon and achieve a ceasefire, saying: "Palestine will remain an Islamic and Arab issue, and we won't back down."
In his statement, Hakim added: "We are witnessing the first anniversary of the Operation Al-Aqsa Storm epic, which marks a year of great sacrifices for the just cause and the rights of an Arab Muslim nation that is facing displacement, discrimination, and mass killings in the face of an Israeli project that seeks to turn the Palestinian issue into a stateless and identity-less nation."
Hakim noted that the Operation Al-Aqsa Storm marked a turning point, separating two eras: one of "the politics of reality" imposed on the Palestinian people with iron and fire, and another where the field is now open for defending the stolen right and revealing the Palestinian people's right to their ancestral land to the international community - a right that the Palestinian people cannot give up, no matter how difficult the circumstances.
Hakim's statement concluded: "On this occasion, we reaffirm our solidarity and support for the Palestinian and Lebanese people, as well as the support of the Iraqi people, authorities, and reference for the two brotherly nations, and our efforts to end the war and achieve a ceasefire and mobilize public opinion on the issues of the nation."
Hakim ended his statement by paying tribute to the heroic Palestinian people, the martyrs, the wounded, and the displaced who have made sacrifices for this cause and the defense of their right, reiterating that Palestine will remain an Islamic and Arab issue that we won't back down from.

"They are fully responsible for the killings, crimes, injustice, and human tragedies in the region."
Hezbollah praised the Palestinian people's steadfastness and courageous resistance after a year of patience and steadfastness despite the suffering and pain caused by the aggression. The party also thanked the bravery of the mujahideen in the support fronts in Yemen and Iraq, as well as the Islamic Republic of Iran's historic decision to fire missiles at Israel in support of the Palestinian people and Lebanon, saying: "This action had significant consequences and results in the confrontation with the Zionist enemy."

However, it seems that the Zionist regime's crimes and aggression will continue, and we will continue to repel them with power, and we trust in the patience and steadfastness of the Lebanese people, and we will continue until the fall of this dark cloud.
