Born Zahra Khoshkam in 1947, she was married to the late Iranian filmmaker Ali Hatami and was the mother of acclaimed actress Leila Hatami.
Khoshkam's remarkable contributions to the Iranian entertainment industry include her roles in various films and series, such as "What's the Time in Your World" (2014), "Golden Blood" (2022), "Flaming" (2018), and "The Portrait of a Lady Far Away" (2005).
