NOURNEWS- Lebanon’s Hezbollah has rejected the claim made by the French daily newspaper Le Figaro about the October 7 Al Aqsa Storm.
Such a claim was just an infertile imagination and a support of the Zionists, the Elnashra news website reported on Saturday as saying.
Through its baseless claim, Le Figaro was aimed at shattering confidence between the Resistance movements and its groups in the region, Hezbollah underlined.
To clarify the issue, the public relations office of Hezbollah referred to the speech of the Secretary General of Lebanon's Hezbollah Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah in which he reiterated that Al Aqsa Storm was an operation fully-directed by the Palestinians in terms of planning, readiness and implementation.
In his speech, Nasrallah stressed that Hezbollah has been unaware of such an operation against the Zionist forces.
So, what Le Figaro published was just a lie to ignore the truth and support the Zionists, the Hezbollah leader said.
He also termed Le Figaro’s measure as an unprofessional act which signals moral collapse into the French media like other Western media which support oppression and aggression.
According to Elnashra, the Palestinian Resistance movement, Hamas, has also refuted the media claim earlier.
Le Figaro had claimed that Hamas leader in Gaza Yahya Sinwar had made Hezbollah aware of the plan to attack the Zionist regime of Israel 30 minutes before the start of the October 7 operation.
