NOURNEWS - A group of Afghan military and security forces trained by US and British experts in various military and intelligence specialties under Ashraf Ghani's government has been sent to Ukraine to counter Russian forces.
At the same time as the fall of Ashraf Ghani's government, part of the Afghan Army Special Forces entered Afghanistan's neighboring countries in the form of ordinary refugees, but within the framework of the organization that had already taken place, they maintained contacts with US and British liaison officers.
Over the past month, due to Ukraine's need for trained troops with various military and intelligence specialties, a significant number of these soldiers, who had gone to different countries, have left for Ukraine, being recruited as mercenaries.
In this regard, an active network has been set up by former Afghan Army troops sent to Ukraine to recruit volunteers from refugees and individuals residing in Afghanistan who are willing to travel to Ukraine for pay.
