Resolving the complexities that prolonged the Vienna talks
The United States is trying to take advantage of Iran nuclear deal as in the past with regard to limiting Iran's peaceful nuclear program, and at the same time, using the sophisticated and complex mechanism, while maintaining the structure of sanctions, Which provides the conditions and reasons for putting pressure on Iran's peaceful nuclear program outside the nuclear agreement.
NOURNEWS - The ongoing negotiations between Iran and the P4+1 group in Vienna have reached critical and crucial points, the sensitivity of which can be clearly seen in the change in the media literature of the negotiating countries, as well as the significant increase in media pressure for both parties and especially the West.
in recent days, after Ali Bagheri, Iran's chief negotiator, returned to Vienna, Western officials have sought to focus on the Self-reading time limit point, and by insisting that the negotiation process is over, Iran's demand that the four points important Iran Which falls within its red lines to be assigned has been ignored.
The Western media has systematically focused, in line with its practices in recent months, on declaring that the Iranian delegation seeks a waste of time, and that after the return of the Iranian chief negotiator to Vienna, ignoring some of the agreements reached so far.
And the media tried to imply that Ali Bagheri, upon his return to Vienna, took a tougher stance after the consultations he held in Tehran, which is blocking the process of reaching an agreement.
In this regard; US State Department spokesman, Ned Price, without referring to the lack of desire of the Joe Biden administration to make a political decision on the Vienna talks, which became the biggest obstacle to reaching an agreement at the summit. And by continuing to flee, it tried to accuse Iran of being inflexible, to complete the picture that was drawn to show Iran as a failure.
more accurate; The role of the Western media in the Vienna talks can be summarized as follows: If there is an agreement, it is because of Iran's acceptance of pressure and its retreat, and if there is no agreement, then Iran is the reason for the failure of the negotiations due to stubbornness.
In fact, the priority of the West is to purify its victory in the negotiations, not to reach a stable and balanced agreement and thus try to compensate for the weakness of its will in the negotiating room by using additional negotiating tools in the media.
On the other hand; It is clear that the Islamic Republic of Iran, as it has declared since the beginning of the negotiation process, is not ready to retreat from the interests of the nation and ignore its red lines.
Among the issues that Western officials want to establish are maintaining the structure of sanctions, which is shown by "not providing reliable guarantees", "maintaining an extensive red list", and continuing the pressures outside of Iran nuclear deal that limit Iran's nuclear capacity, by opening Political files for iran based on the protocols of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
One of the issues that the United States of America does not accept to withdraw from, and Iran stresses the necessity of eliminating it, is the continuation of sanctions against some institutions, which have been imposed Direct and indirect sanctions. What is important in this regard is that with the imposition of sanctions on these institutions, Iran cannot easily benefit from the economic benefits contained in the agreement.
The reason for the lack of cooperation of the United States in resolving the remaining four issues explained in the Basic Strategy for the West and the goals behind them must be sought.
In these circumstances, and after about six years of heavy costs incurred by our country due to trust in the United States, there is no reason for Iran to enter into an agreement without meeting its rational and legal demands, through which Iran's economic benefits and the preservation of its nuclear capabilities would be in an opaque circle.
There is no obligation to ignore the red lines that guarantee a good deal, as the country uses a strategy of "active resistance" to overcome the difficult pitfalls of US breaches of the agreement and European inaction.
Until now, due to the great initiatives taken by the Islamic Republic of Iran, the two parties initially agreed on very important issues, and for this reason, the negotiations can be considered a remarkable achievement.
Iranian negotiators stress the necessity of meeting the four demands as an inevitable condition of a good deal, because failure to do so will deprive the agreement of its essential features of reliability, stability and balance, and make its acceptance unjustified.
