NOURNEWS - The head of the political office of the Hamas Islamic Resistance Movement, who attended the inauguration ceremony of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in an exclusive interview with Nournews, reviewed the latest developments in the region and Palestine.
In response to a question about the recent provocative behavior of the Zionist regime, Ismail Haniyeh said: "The nature of the Zionist regime is an aggressive nature, and it targets the Islamic Republic and the axis of resistance, and this is the constant behavior of this regime."
He added: In this regard, Tel Aviv is making great political efforts and efforts to build military and security alliances, and one of its main goals is the siege of Iran.
Haniyeh stressed: "Trump, when proposing the deal of the century, claimed that the enemy of the Arab countries is Iran, not the Zionist regime, so this regime is always looking for a crisis and doing everything to keep the atmosphere in the region inflamed and has continued US support." And also to scare some Arab brothers from this issue.
The head of Hamas' political bureau said: "I think that the Zionists are not able to impose equations in the region at the moment and have no power to confront the Islamic Republic. Just as this regime failed to resist in Palestine, it will also lose in this confrontation."
Commenting on his meeting with Ayatollah Raisi and his stance in support of the resistance and the Palestinian people, Ismail Haniyeh said: "The truth is that we have heard reassuring talks about supporting the resistance in Palestine and the Palestinian cause, and he emphasized that this is an issue." It is an ideology, not a political issue, and from its position it supports the firm principles of Iran's policy towards Palestine and the resistance, and we are convinced of this, and we believe that what we have heard will certainly be implemented at every stage.
