NOURNEWS - In the past week, one of the main headlines in the region was dedicated to the resumption of the Saudi regime's relations with the Qatari government, which occurred on the sidelines of a GCC meeting in the Saudi city of Al-Ale.
The incident was hailed by Saudi-affiliated media as a major victory for Riyadh, which in fact meant nothing more than Al-Saud's failure to establish regional hegemony and play the role of an older brother, a failure due to Iranian aid to countries such as Qatar and Yemen. It was to maintain their independence.
This, of course, was not the only defeat of the Saudi regime in the region over the past years, as Riyadh failed to create chaos in Iraq and Syria and the use of takfiri terrorism as well, given Iran's influential role.
In fact, during these years, the more influence of the Islamic Republic and the authority of the Resistance, the power of the Persian Gulf countries decreased, and the fire of Iran-phobia and Shia phobia was ignited by the Al Saud court.
This process led the GCC to lose its previous power, leaving some countries, such as Qatar, which was financially possible and did not require Riyadh's support. This angered the Saudi regime to such an extent that it was even likely to launch a military strike on Qatar if it had not been for the severity of the Saudi coalition's defeats in Yemen.
It was at this point that the Saudi regime announced on 16 conditions that we would resume relations with Qatar, but Qatar did not need to establish an immediate relationship with Iran and Turkey, given the support of Iran and Turkey, and was able to move on over the last two and a half years.
The point is that; The recent reconciliation came as a result of not only that none of the 16 conditions were met, despite much effort by the Trump team, especially through his son-in-law Jared Kushner, but Al-Saud realized he had no charisma to apply his menus in the region and was eventually forced to humiliate re-establishing relations with the Qataris in order to unite the Arab countries.
On the other hand, it is clear that al-Saud's goal in re-establishing this connection is to establish a front against Iran to maintain its place in the region with its American Zionist masters, a subject that is unlikely to be accomplished given the depth of the disputes between the PGCC members.
It is worth mentioning; When these countries were united and they all supported Saddam against Iran, they could not play a role against the power and authority of the Islamic Republic, so certainly today, given the power of defense, spiritual influence and scientific progress and so no; Iran, in the first way, rejects this issue.
On this basis it seems; The countries of the region must change their view and learn from the result of resisting the excesses of the world powers and emphasize on their independent policies based on the principle of good neighborliness.
