NOURNEWS - Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal al-Maqdad, who met with some of Iran's officials during a visit to Tehran last week, told NOURNEWS that the opportunities for Iran's economic activists in Syria were unlimited and far-reaching.
The Syrian foreign minister said: "Without a doubt, the successes that have been achieved and the majority of syria's areas have been returned under government control once again encourage that the resistance-oriented coalition will continue this path strongly.
He added: "The assistance that the Iranian brothers and Russian friends had to us is very important.
Meghdad reiterated: "The United States thinks it can prevent the resistance from playing a role using economic pressures and problems, but it is not, and we will continue on our path with strength.
The Syrian Foreign Minister said: "We thank the Great Role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in supporting Syria and the magnanimity of the Iranian people for this assistance.
Meqdad said: "The two nations of Iran and Syria are partners in the future successes, and this cooperation and assistance has brought us closer which will led to the final solution to the Syrian crisis."
"Economic relations between Iran and Syria are unlimited, and we can make success together," he emphasized.
