Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Mossad chief Yossi Cohen have been blamed for the protests.
The situation is chaotic and the socio-political divide in the occupied territories is on the rise as Netanyahu has been trying for months to escape by engaging the regime in other security projects to persuade political currents and citizens that no one but him can overcome them.
Controversies and lies in the domestic and international arena against the Islamic Republic of Iran and the axis of resistance on the one hand, and movements such as the assassination of Shahid Fakhrizadeh on the other, are examples of what Netanyahu has tried to do to show security and relinquish power and consequently be held accountable for its corruption.
In the bitter case of the assassination of Iran’s nuclear scientist, the situation became so high that after the wave of international condemnation, some political factions and Israeli newspapers such as Haaretz attacked Netanyahu in this regard and blamed him for this situation.
Mossad's speculation, like that of last week's killing of several Israeli citizens, is more than an attempt to hide the depth of the socio-political divide within the occupied territories, of which Netanyahu and Cohen are first-degree defendants.
Mossad's failure to cover up was such that even Yossi Cohen's daughter added the black flag of one of Netanyahu's opposition groups to her Facebook page last March, and on October 4, after the protests spread, she posted the protesters' slogans on her Facebook page.
