According to the Associated Press and CBS, Joe Biden, a Former Vice President to Barack Obama, won at least 1991 seats in the House of Representatives.

NOURNEWS - Following at least a 1991 vote by Joe Biden, he officially confirmed his candidacy for the Democratic presidency of the United States.

Joe Biden was virtually known as the party's candidate in the presidential election after Bernie Sanders resigned in April, but state voting continued.
