NOURNEWS- The High Committee for Humanitarian Documentation, signed between Al-Azhar and the Vatican for development, coexistence and brotherhood, called on all people of different languages, races and religious beliefs to work together to eradicate coronavirus and save the world from the disease. Pray that every person in his or her home should pray and fast according to his or her religion and beliefs, and pray that a cure for the disease will be discovered and the world will be saved from its health, economic, and human consequences.
Al-Azhar said in a statement that the global call was issued in light of the problems and suffering suffered by the people of the world as a result of the outbreak of the coronavirus.
In February 2019, Al-Azhar and the Vatican signed the Human Brotherhood document in the UAE.
According to Al-Azhar's statement, the Humanitarian Brotherhood Committee called on all religious groups to mark World Humanitarian Day on May 14 (May 25).
The committee called on all religious leaders and the people of the world to welcome this call and to ask God for a voice to preserve humanity and make it a success in eradicating and transcending this disease and giving them security, stability, health and development. Restore so that our world becomes more humane and fraternal than before after the destruction of this virus.
Ahmed al-Tayyib, Sheikh al-Azhar, and Pope Francis, the world's Catholic leader, last month stressed the importance of strengthening global solidarity in the wake of the Corona outbreak to address the crisis caused by the virus.
The High Committee for Human Brotherhood was formed by the decision of Mohammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, to achieve the goals of the document of human brotherhood, and currently 11 different countries are members of it.
