Iranian referees have taken part in officiating various editions of the Asian Games, and in the 20th Asian Games Aichi–Nagoya 2026, the country has six representatives in canoe sprint and canoe slalom.
In this edition, Alireza Sohrabian, Seyyed Morteza Tavakoli, Katayoun Ashraf, Atefeh Barzegar, Sasan Shojaei, and Azam Rahimizadeh will take part as Iran’s refereeing representatives in the events.
The competitions of the 20th Asian Games Aichi–Nagoya 2026 are scheduled to run from 19 to 27 September across venues in Aichi Prefecture in central Japan.
