Speaking in a televised interview, AEOI Chief Mohammad Eslami stated that the plant secured a perfect score of 100 out of 100 based on international evaluations.
According to the official, the rankings are determined through comprehensive on-site audits conducted by inspectors and specialists from the World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO), who evaluate nuclear power plants globally.
Eslami explained that the ranking is not a self-declaration. “Rather, it is the direct result of a meticulous audit evaluating the plant’s operational processes, environmental standards, personnel performance, and overall activities.”
