According to the Statistical Center of Iran, annual housing rent inflation for the twelve months ending in Esfand 1404 stood at 34.2%. This compares with 34.7% in Bahman of the same year, marking a decline of 0.5 percentage points.
Year-on-year rent inflation in Esfand 1404, compared with Esfand 1403, was 31.7%. This is down from 32.3% recorded in Bahman (compared with Bahman 1403), indicating a decrease of 0.6 percentage points.
On a monthly basis, housing rent inflation in Esfand 1404 rose by only 1.6% compared to the previous month (Bahman 1404). This is lower than the 2.2% increase recorded in Bahman 1404 relative to Dey 1404, signaling a 0.6 percentage point decline in monthly rent inflation in Esfand.
