The Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council addressed regional countries in a message on X, stating: We have no intention of attacking you. However, when your bases are used against us and the United States conducts operations in the region with its forces stationed there, we will target those bases. These bases are not the soil of your countries; they are American soil.

Ali Larijani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, wrote on X addressing regional states: We do not intend to harm you. But when your bases are used against us and the United States carries out operations in the region with those forces, we will target them. These bases are not the territory of these countries; they are American territory.
