General Vahidi made the remarks while speaking to reporters at the end of a march on the 47th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution in the city of Shiraz on Wednesday.
He said that the people's participation and presence in the marches showed a new awakening and a rebirth for the Islamic Revolution, calling it a new upsurge and a sign of the continuation of the revolutionary spirit in society.
Comparing Wednesday's commemoration with the January 12 nationwide rallies against the foreign-backed unrest, the IRGC commander noted that the people once again showed that they have always stood by the Islamic Revolution.
General Vahidi further underlined that the nation, with the same energy and motivation as in the first days of the Islamic Revolution, gave a message that no one should think of conspiring against the country.
He warned against any attempt to disrupt national unity, saying anyone who tries to create sedition and disruption in Iran is actually playing in the fields of enemies.
Addressing Western powers, the US and Israel, General Vahidi advised them not to seek domination, emphasizing that they would surrender to the will of the Iranian nation.
