In a statement on Saturday, the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran reacted to the riots erupted in several cities of Iran.
The Army stressed that the noble Iranian nation "cut off" the hands of the looter and criminal United States after the Islamic Revolution.
For past 47 years, the aggressor United States was constantly trying to regain its dominance on Iran through arranging different plots and conspiracies, it added.
The Army went on to says that today, the enemy, backed by the criminal Israeli regime and anti-Iran terrorist groups, and by using yet another conspiracy, is seeking to disrupt security and public order inside the country.
The very same enemy whose hands are tainted with the blood of the Iranian people is now seeking to create another sedition in Iran using false claims of supporting the Iranian nation, it added.
The Army called on the Iranian nation to maintain their unity and national cohesion to foil the enemies' conspiracies.
In the end, the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran stressed that along with other branches of the country's Armed Forces, it would spare no effort in safeguarding Iran's national interests, monitoring the enemies' moves, and confronting conspiracies.
