Seyed Abbas Araghchi made the comments in a post on his X account on Thursday.
"Building on our Strategic Partnership Treaty, Iran and Russia's foreign ministries have agreed on a three-year roadmap to regularize and elevate our cooperation and coordination," Araghchi wrote in the first part of his post.
