“Knowing each other’s positions and preventing misunderstandings and miscalculations has always been very important and is one of the main goals of the dialogue,” Araghchi told IRIB during his visit to France.
He explained the plans and goals of his trip in an interview with the IRIB.
“My trip to Paris is a continuation of the consultations and consultations that we have already had with this country in various areas, including regional issues, the nuclear issue, European discussions, the Ukraine debate, international issues, and bilateral issues between us,” the Foreign Minister said.
Pointing out that there are many differences of opinion between Iran and France, Araghchi elaborated that the two countries have differences of opinion on various issues, but at the same time, they have always had political dialogues and consultations with each other.
He, meantime, said that in New York, on the sidelines of this year's General Assembly, there were detailed discussions on the nuclear issue between the two sides, and recently, a phone call was made between the presidents of the two countries.
Araghchi added that the two countries have many differences of opinion, but it is natural that dialogue is a necessary and obvious thing in international relations.
He emphasized that kowing each other’s positions and preventing misunderstandings and miscalculations has always been very important and is one of the main goals of dialogue.
