Repeating failed threats will lead to defeat again

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has warned IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi that his recent threats against Iran will yield no results.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi responded to comments made by Rafael Grossi, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), in which he made remarks interpreted as threats toward Iran.

“I don’t know whether his statement was made out of concern or intended as a threat,” Araghchi said. “But those who issue such threats should realize that repeating a failed experience will bring them nothing but another failure.”

Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), addressed the political challenges facing the Agency and identified Iran's nuclear program as one of the main files during an exclusive interview with an Algerian channel that aired on Wednesday evening.

Grossi, who spoke to AL24News, commented on the challenges facing the IAEA, stating that the challenges relate more to political issues than to technical ones. That is, in parts of the world or in countries where nuclear activities have raised questions and concerns, whether those concerns are justified or not, this is the area we are discussing. Countries where there are crises with a nuclear dimension.

The IAEA Director General claimed that first and foremost, there is the issue of Iran's nuclear program, which has always been a subject of questions, doubts, different processes, and periods of positive and negative developments.
