Iran's oil output vol. increased by 250,000 bpd in Sep.: EIA

The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) in its latest monthly report has announced that Iran’s crude oil production volume increased 250,000 barrels of oil per day (bpd) in Sep. 2025 compared to a month earlier.

The administration put Iran’s daily crude oil production volume in Sep. 2025 at 3.450 million barrels while the country had produced 3.250 million barrels of oil per day (bpd) in August 2025.

According to this report, Iran’s average of crude oil production volume in 2024 stood at 3.310 million barrels per day, the volume of which hit 2.870 million barrels of oil per day in 2023.

The available information showed Iran's average oil production in the third quarter of 2025 at 3.330 million barrels, while this figure was 3.370 million barrels in the second quarter of this year.

This is while that the administration of US President Donald Trump is seeking to reduce Iran's oil exports to zero level by exerting maximum pressure campaign, but statistics from the Iranian Ministry of Energy has indicated that US maximum pressure on Iran has failed.
