Bahmanir has a mild Caspian climate, and its fertile lands are highly suitable for growing rice, citrus fruits, and vegetables. The people of this city speak Mazandarani and Persian, and culturally they have preserved an authentic part of Mazandaran’s identity.

Bahmanir is home to a number of natural and cultural attractions, the most notable of which include:

  • The beautiful Caspian Sea beaches, just a short distance from the city
  • The Babolrud River with its pleasant natural landscapes
