Behrouz Kamalvandi said on Thursday that nuclear industry has deep roots in Iran and cannot be dismantled through pressure and attacks.
On June 13, Israel launched an unprovoked act of aggression against Iran, assassinating military commanders and nuclear scientists in targeted strikes, and killing civilians in air raids on residential areas. On June 22, the United States joined the violation, bombing three Iranian nuclear sites. The war came to a halt on June 24 after the Tel Aviv regime requested a ceasefire following retaliatory missile strikes by Iran.
The attacks were condemned by numerous international organizations and countries as an action violating Iran’s national sovereignty, international law, and the U.N. Charter.
