Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Minister, referring to recent regional developments, said, “Iran has received messages from the United States and has responded accordingly through intermediaries. However, as long as the aggression continues, there will be no negotiations.”
He added, “We have made it clear to all mediators that conditions are not suitable for direct talks with the US, and Tehran will not enter into negotiations under pressure.”
Araghchi also emphasized Iran’s relations with Doha, stating, “Our respect for Qatar’s sovereignty and territorial integrity is unwavering.”
He concluded by stressing, “Today, more than ever, Arab and Islamic public opinion stands in solidarity and sympathy with the Iranian people.”
