West hypocrisy; crocodile tears for Yemen amidst Gaza's atrocities

NOURNEWS – The West is attempting to suppress the resistance of Yemen, which is recognized as one of the primary threats to the Zionist regime, through humanitarian gestures.

In recent weeks, Western media and diplomatic activities concerning Yemen have intensified, and Western countries, claiming humanitarian concerns, have tried to draw attention to the humanitarian situation in Yemen. However, why are these claims being raised precisely when Gaza is entangled in the crimes of the Zionist regime and Syria is facing new Western and Zionist movements?

West's evident hypocrisy

The United Nations Security Council session and statements by representatives of the UK and the US regarding Yemen's economic crisis and concerns about famine bear a striking resemblance to hypocritical gestures. The UK, claiming to support the Yemeni people, has called for the release of detainees and the necessity of reducing the economic crisis, despite having played a direct role in creating this crisis through years of supporting widespread attacks on Yemen. Meanwhile, the US, claiming to combat the supply of weapons from Iran and Russia to Yemen, is attempting to weaken Yemeni resistance and simultaneously create a pretext for a broader military presence in the region.

Facts West doesn't mention

In its propaganda, the West overlooks several crucial points:

Legitimacy of the Houthis (Ansarullah): The Ansarullah is a part of Yemen's governing structure and enjoy widespread popular support. The presence of millions in demonstrations and their steadfast resistance against foreign aggression are proof of this claim.
Legitimate Resistance of Yemen: The Yemeni army, composed of various tribes and groups, has resisted foreign aggression for eight years, and its military actions enjoy popular support.
Roots of the Humanitarian Crisis: The humanitarian disaster in Yemen is a direct result of sanctions and foreign aggression supported by Western countries. The delivery of spoiled food and medicines to Yemen is a testament to these policies.
Defending Palestinian Rights: Yemen's actions in the Red Sea and attacks on Israeli ships are part of the struggle against Zionist regime aggression and in support of the oppressed people of Gaza. Yemen has paid a high price for these brave actions.

Real objectives of West

It is clear that the humanitarian claims of the West are not out of genuine concern but are part of a larger scenario to achieve the following objectives:

Supporting the Zionist Regime: The West is attempting to suppress the resistance of Yemen, which is recognized as one of the primary threats to the Zionist regime, using humanitarian pretexts.
Forming a New Coalition: The failure of the previous coalition against Yemen has led the West to try to form a new coalition using humanitarian justifications.
Consolidating Military Influence: The claim of countering Russia and Iran in Yemen serves as a pretext for the deployment of Western military personnel in the country.

A similar pattern in the past

The history of Western intervention is rife with similar examples, from the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan to Libya and Syria. Humanitarian claims have always been a cover for aggression and the plundering of resources, resulting only in destruction and instability.

Yemen's resistance and West's defeat

The West is trying to bring Yemen under its control through new scenarios, but the 8-year resistance of the Yemenis has shown that this country will not succumb to threats and sanctions. Mohammed Abdulsalam, the spokesperson for the Houthis, has emphasized that Yemen is fully prepared to confront any aggression and that any attack will be met with a decisive response.

The West's behavior towards Yemen is more about securing strategic interests and supporting the Zionist regime than about concern for the humanitarian situation in the country. Yemen's geopolitical position and indigenous capabilities, coupled with its steadfast and faithful people, have made it a formidable force. As in the past, it will stand firm against such conspiracies and decisively defeat the aggressors.
