Iran committed to JCPOA obligations, while opposite side failed to uphold commitments

Mohammad Eslami, Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), stated that in the nuclear field, just like in other areas, the result of 20 years of accusations and negotiations ended with the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), but Iran remained committed to its obligations, while the opposite side failed to uphold theirs.

A group of Basij commanders from the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) organization visited AEOI, where they met with Mohammad Eslami, Vice President of Iran. During the visit, the Basij commanders expressed their amazement at the country's nuclear achievements and emphasized the need for more extensive coverage of these accomplishments using all available capacities in the IRIB.

Eslami congratulated them on Basij Week, stating that Basijis should activate their talents and create synergy in their environment.

He added that the imperialist system's animosity towards the Islamic Republic of Iran is due to its progress.

Eslami continued, "Today, we witness the Zionist regime's brutal treatment of the oppressed people of Gaza and its aggression against Lebanon, exposing the hypocrisy of the imperialist system's claims about human rights and peace. For them, the martyrdom of Lebanese and Gazans is insignificant, but they use even the smallest incident in Iran as an excuse for pressure."

Eslami emphasized that the imperialist system is astonished by the Islamic Republic's numerous advancements despite the oppressive sanctions.

He added, "Given the propaganda against Iran's nuclear industry, it was necessary to plan in a way that makes the nuclear technology tangible for the community."

Eslami stated that the strategic plan for the nuclear industry has been developed to commercialize the industry and achieve 20,000 megawatts of nuclear electricity.

He emphasized that one of the main goals of this plan is to make the nuclear industry more accessible to the community.

In various fields, including radiation, radiopharmaceuticals, plasma, and heavy water, Iranian youth have achieved significant accomplishments and created a chain of successes that the imperialist system cannot tolerate and has consistently sought to destroy. However, the opposite has occurred, and Iranian youth have achieved valuable successes through indigenous knowledge.
