Nournews: A precise review of the developments in Palestine over the last year, from Gaza to the West Bank and the occupied territories, indicates an important fact: the enemy of Palestine, the region, the world of Islam, and even humanity is the same. This enemy is willing to kill millions of people and destroy the entire world to achieve its dominating demands.
Genocide in Palestine, invasions of countries in the region from Lebanon to Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and Iran, along with the assassinations of great leaders like Martyr Haniyeh, Martyr Hassan Nasrallah, and the commanders of Hezbollah, as well as the critical situation in Afghanistan and the disorganized state of regional countries such as Egypt and Jordan, have similar roots: a dominating system. This system, by the hands of the Zionist regime and aimed at its revival, has committed numerous crimes.
Experience shows that all the world’s tyrants and aggressors have always followed the same policy: “divide and rule.” This policy has created divisions among Islamic countries through various tricks and continues to do so, resulting in resentments and misunderstandings among Islamic nations. It has either led to conflicts among them or allowed enemies to misuse this situation to commit terrorist activities that harm security. Additionally, the gaps and disagreements have caused ignorance in the face of the true enemy and the plans aimed at establishing dominance over Islamic countries and exploiting their resources.
The enemy that divides Shia and Sunni Muslims, and promotes concepts of Arab versus non-Arab, Asian versus African Muslims, is the same enemy that has turned Palestine into a scene of criminal acts and occupation for 75 years. It occupied Afghanistan for a time, then invaded Iraq, and has periodically caused trouble for Jordan and Egypt by making them susceptible to exploitation. It seeks to weaken Iran through economic terrorism and security threats. This enemy targets all Muslim nations, one by one, engaging the Islamic world in internal conflicts and, ultimately, forcing them to accept its dominance. Meanwhile, the Islamic world could play a significant role globally if all Muslims were united.
Simply put, Iran’s enemy is also the enemy of Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Egypt, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Libya, and other Islamic countries. The enemy's methods differ in each country: in some places, it uses psychological warfare; in others, economic pressure. In some, it resorts to war and mass killings, while in others, it uses smiles, compromises, and empty promises. Sometimes, it achieves its goals through global regulations, and other times through chaos and divisions.
Although methods are different, the thinking room is the same and commands are issued from the same place. Over the past year, the same thing has been executed, and dominant groups and the bloodthirsty, in one word, the Zionist regime and its supporters, have committed genocide in Gaza in addition to expanding the fire of conflicts to the whole region and making the region unsafe.
Although it appears that the Zionist regime is the one killing people and destabilizing the region, the fact is that the true factor and main cause of the crisis is the presence of foreign powers in the region. For the sake of their own interests, they fully support the cruel regime of Israel and the Zionists' apartheid.
The course of developments over the past year clearly illustrates the fact that every blow dealt to the Zionist regime by any individual or group is a service to the entire region, and indeed to all of humanity, as it will have significant impacts on global dynamics.
The lesson that can be learned from the Al-Aqsa Storm, alongside recognizing the enemy, is that any nation that wishes to avoid being trapped by the enemy's destructive siege must remain vigilant and view the dynamics within the broader context of the entire Islamic world, rather than evaluating issues from a one-dimensional perspective.
According to Islamic principles and laws, and even the laws created by international organizations, every nation has the right to defend its land, its home, and its interests against aggressors. This is a right that applies to the people of Palestine and Lebanon, just as it does to other nations, and no one, no country, and no international institution has the right to deny them this right.
What must be considered today, on the eve of the anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Storm, is that the enemy of all Islamic countries and humanity is the Zionist regime and its supporters. Therefore, any action against them is a just and humanitarian act that will thwart the schemes of the oppressors. The way to achieve this is through comprehensive unity and cohesion. Just as the Al-Aqsa Storm was able to awaken the global conscience regarding Palestine and the criminal nature of the Zionists and their supporters, the scope of anti-Zionist demonstrations and actions has even reached universities and academic institutions in the U.S. and Europe, where their leaders are at the forefront and complicit in the crimes of the Zionists.
