Consular consultations between Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan were held in Baku with the presence of Alireza Mahmoudi, Director General of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Emil Safraf, Director General of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
