Iranians vent anger at Israeli crimes in Gaza

The Iranian capital witnessed a number of protests on Sunday night in condemnation of the ongoing Israeli crimes against Palestinians and in support of the oppressed people of Gaza.

According to IRNA, a group of protesters, including students gathered in front of the British Embassy in Tehran to condemn the Zionist regime and its bloodshed in the besieged Gaza Strip. 

They also condemned the West for its support for the Israeli war on Gaza.

Another group of people assembled in Tehran’s Palestine Square and chanted slogans against the occupying Israeli regime and demanded that international organizations deal with the crimes being committed by this regime.

Also, during the ongoing Qur'an exhibition in Imam Khomeini’s Mosallah, the Grand Mosque in Tehran, a group of people staged a protest against the Israeli crimes and expressed solidarity with the people in Gaza.

In addition, a protest rally against the crimes of the Zionist regime also held at  Arg Mosque in Tehran.

Other Iranian cities, including Mashhad and Tabriz were also the scenes of anti-Israel and pro-Palestine demonstrations on Sunday.

The new crimes committed by the Zionists, especially at Al-Shafa Hospital and the attack on the southern Gaza city of Rafah, have provoked the anger of the people around the world.
