Iran's response to Rafael Grossi's latest report

Iran has emphasized that it reserves its sovereign right to protest against the cancellation of the appointment of IAEA inspectors, not only at the time of the appointment proposal but at any time after their appointment.

NOURNEWS- In response to the report of the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Iran emphasized in a note: The IAEA should not link the peacefulness of Iran's nuclear program to non-nuclear activities.

This note states: Turquzabad is an industrial location and the movement of containers in such a place is the only evidence of the agency, which cannot be considered as a solid basis for any claim.

In response, Iran also criticized the tone and way of writing of Rafael Grossi's report and advised him to correct this tone in future reports.

Iran has emphasized that it reserves its sovereign right to protest against the cancellation of the appointment of IAEA inspectors, not only at the time of the appointment proposal but at any time after their appointment.

In Iran's response, the tone of the speech and Grossi's report was also criticized, and it was stated: "The Director General still strongly condemns the sudden cancellation of the appointment of several experienced inspectors of the Agency by Iran..."

The director general is expected to publish a factual report and not an emotional one.

Therefore, the phrase "strongly condemns" is not professional and should be avoided in his future reports.
