The decision to stop the export was made by the Director General of the Ministry of Defense of the regime, Major General Eyal Zamir, at the end of an expert discussion during which a plan for the export of hundreds of tanks was presented to him.
These tanks were stored in the Zionist army for years and were not in use. In the background of the discussion, there was significant progress in negotiations between representatives of the military export department in the Ministry of Defense and procurement representatives of a foreign army, the parties were already close to signing a contract of several tens of millions of dollars for the first export.
Apart from the increase in the number of armored vehicles of the Israeli army, in recent weeks, the Ministry of Defense of this regime also began the immediate purchase of dozens of giant D.9 bulldozers, which will carry out extensive engineering work to expose the tunnel shafts and open the shafts and access roads full of material.
