Children’s suffering in hospitals of Gaza

Although in the early days of the conflict, the Zionist regime wanted to preserve the last remnant of its image, by attacking hospitals, shelters, schools, mosques, and churches, it admitted loudly that; It does not adhere to the rules of war, nor to the most basic human principles.

NOURNEWS- The small chests of babies in the ICU of Gaza Hospital rise and fall with the pressure of oxygen that is transferred to their nose and mouth through a mask. Every time the building shakes with the sound of an explosion, the frightened eyes of the nurses stare at the machines that forcefully suck the remaining electricity from the region so that the sick or injured babies can breathe for one more minute.

After Friday's attack on the medical centers, the Zionists crossed all the red lines, and now only one name and one building are left from Al-Shifa Hospital, Indonesian Hospital, Al-Nasr Children's Hospital, Rantisi Children's Hospital, Al Quds hospital in Gaza Children's Hospital.

Despite its pitiful condition, the ICU is the best place in health and treatment centers, with rows of babies struggling with death.

The beds are full of wounded people who have left their hands or feet under the rubble, their clothes are filled with red stains of blood that have dripped from the heads and faces of the injured, and the screams of men who are in pain due to being operated on without any anesthesia come from the operating rooms… and the Israeli regime has not spared even the special gynecology and obstetrics department, and these images are only a part of the living tragedy of Gaza under siege, without water, food, and wounded.

The Zionists surrounded hospitals with tanks and their snipers shot at a building where many children, women, and the elderly had taken refuge in the yard to escape the incessant bombardment.

Gaza is on fire and does not have a single safe or even less dangerous place. Accordingly, a UN official said: “If there is a hell on earth, it is the north of Gaza.”

Out of 34 hospitals in Gaza, 18 hospitals are completely out of order and cannot provide any services to Gazans.

The status of the remaining 16 hospitals has no definition. Although the medical staff tries to cover the wounds of the injured with pieces of clothing and delay the complete collapse of the healthcare system in this coastal strip even for a minute, the situation is more serious than these words.

According to “Ashraf al-Qadara”, the spokesman of the Gaza Ministry of Health, the number of martyrs of the medical staff of this city has reached 195 people; 51 ambulances were destroyed, and 120 health institutions were also destroyed. 40 primary healthcare institutions are also out of reach.

The attack by the Zionist regime on the convoy of ambulances whose task was to transport the wounded to the Rafah border crossing is a clear sign that Tel Aviv does not adhere to any of the rules of war, and at the same time, it is an undeniable proof for the English-speaking media of America and Europe that for the past few weeks have sought to prove the claim that firing rockets at Gaza’s Baptist hospital was not the work of the Israeli regime!

Although in the early days of the conflict, the Zionist regime wanted to preserve the last remnant of its image, by attacking hospitals, shelters, schools, mosques, and churches, it admitted loudly that; It does not adhere to the rules of war, nor to the most basic human principles.

There is no sign of stoppage of the attacks, and the people of Gaza are looking at the sky that is filled with unending death.

The bombing of news offices, the murder of journalists, and the blackout of electricity and the Internet have further caused the Zionist regime to turn Gaza into the largest mass grave in history in the darkness of news.

According to the statistics announced by the Gaza Ministry of Health; On the 35th day of the new round of conflicts, 11,078 people were martyred, of which 4506 were children, 3027 were women, and 678 were elderly. 27,490 people were also injured in these attacks, and considering the fragile state of the healthcare structure, it is not clear whether they will survive or not.
