Trump's election night lies about Ain al-Asad’s hellish night!

Although Trump's goal is to portray himself as a hero, especially in the face of Iran, the available facts, not only about the hellish night of Ain al-Asad but also in events such as the downing of the ultra-modern “Global Hawk” drone or the seizure of an American ship by the IRGC Navy, clearly contradict and denies these claims.

NOURNEWS- The former US President, Donald Trump, who has increased the number of his meetings and election statements in the last few months with the desire to retake the White House, in his last election speech made false claims about Iran's missile attack on the American air base in Ain al-Asad located in Iraq.

In these statements, he claimed that; Before attacking Ain al-Asad, Tehran informed him about the main operation and its details, trying to induce the narration that Iran asked him to allow symbolic attacks out of weakness and inability and only to protect its reputation and remove the pressure of public opinion!

He falsely stated that his mental-psychological conditions on the night of the missile attack on Ain al-Asad were completely calm, and he was not stressed, and the reason for this is as follows: Because I was aware of Iran's plan and I knew that they did not have the courage and strength to attack our interests, I was completely calm!!

Trump's recent claims, which have a completely electoral flavor and were made with the aim of confronting his political rivals in the Democratic Party, do not have any dose of reality, rather they are an expression of fantasy and imagination, even after the passage of nearly four years from that event, which he is trying to with an inverted narrative of that great defeat, show himself as the undisputed winner of the confrontation with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

On the other hand; There are many documents and shreds of evidence regarding the falseness of Trump's claims in this regard:

First; Meanwhile, although Trump claims that he was not nervous or stressed on the night of the incident, his gasping for air at the moment of announcing the news and behind the podium, immediately became the subject of most media and prominent accounts on social networks!

Second; Trump claims that due to the coordination he made with the Iranian side and the Iranians' fear of hitting America's interests, the missiles hit around the base despite being point-fired, while in the field report of the reporter of the American network “CNN” that published after a few days after the attack, the destroyed buildings inside the base were clearly visible.

Third; Trump claims that no one was injured during Iran's missile attack on Ain al-Asad, despite the fact that in addition to releasing a video of the statements of several American officers present at the base, who spoke in an inappropriate state of mind about the amount of blows and damages, at the same time, there were numerous reports of concussions -Read casualties - More than a hundred American soldiers and officers that were released by Pentagon officials, as on Monday, February 10, 2020, citing an official Pentagon official, Reuters reported that at least 109 people were concussed during the attack.

A year after Iran's missile operation, the American newspaper Washington Post wrote in a report titled “These American soldiers survived one of the biggest crises of the Trump era. [But] a year later, they are still struggling [with the consequences of that crisis].” This newspaper reviewed the events of that night from the words of the American forces present at the Ain al-Asad base.

The Washington Post wrote in that report: American soldiers were scrambling from one shelter to another and on the way, they passed ash ruins, holes with a diameter of 10 meters and pits full of fuel. A barrage of ballistic missiles had temporarily knocked some of the soldiers unconscious, and more missiles were on the way. Major Alan Johnson describes that he could not concentrate after being exposed to the giant blast waves of several rockets, including one that landed 20 meters from his shelter. Lt. Col. Jonathan Jordan, the operations officer of one of the Air Force units that was in Ain al-Asad that night, says about this night: “The incident was so terrible that I can't even think that even one person survived without having psychological or emotional complications.”

Beyond that; General “Frank Kenneth Mckenzie”, the then commander of United States Central Command terrorists, acknowledged the accuracy and capabilities of Iran's missiles in the attack on the Ain al-Asad base and said that Iranian missiles hit almost anywhere they wanted in the Ain al-Asad base.

Regardless of these cases; Trump's lying to the population of the US during his presidency was so obvious that many American media have repeatedly acknowledged it, and for example, the Washington Post newspaper in the last days of his administration revealed 30,573 Trump lies in the span of four years in a shocking report.

With these explanations; It should be said that although Trump's goal is to make himself a hero in the international system, especially in the face of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the available facts about the Ain al-Asad case, but also about events such as the downing of the ultra-modern Global Hawk drone or the seizure of an American ship by the IRGC Navy, clearly denies his baseless lies.
