NOURNEWS- US Secretary of State Antony Blinken traveled to Tel Aviv this Friday morning for the third time after the new round of conflicts between the Palestinian resistance and the Zionist regime, which began on 7 October with the Al-Aqsa storm operation by the military wing of Hamas.
The US Secretary of State's visit to Tel Aviv is taking place while Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary General of Lebanon's Hezbollah, is scheduled to announce the Lebanese Resistance’s position regarding the recent developments in the occupied territories during an important speech. Considering the special role of Hezbollah in Lebanon and the leader of this movement in the resistance front, over the past few days, a significant part of the news and analyses published by experts and mainstream media in the world has been devoted to speculation about the content of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah's speech.
Considering the brutal attacks of the Zionist regime on residential areas, schools, hospitals, and relief centers in Gaza, which has resulted in the martyrdom of nearly 10,000 civilians and thousands of injuries, one of the most significant issues raised by countries, non-governmental groups, and human rights activists all over the world is to establish a ceasefire and lift the blockade of Gaza to provide immediate relief to the victims.
The Zionist regime and its main supporter, the United States of America, have so far opposed any ceasefire, calling it an opportunity to rebuild Hamas's operational strength.
Meanwhile, on Thursday morning, the American president changed his previous approach, pointing out that there is not enough time to release the Zionist prisoners, and said that a ceasefire is needed in the Gaza Strip.
“I understand the sense of what's going on, it's incredibly complicated for the Muslim world,” Joe Biden said.
While claiming that he supported the two-state solution to end the Palestinian crisis from the beginning, Biden added: “I think we need a ceasefire in Gaza.”
At the same time, the American news agency “Associated Press” also reported that Biden, in the internal discussions of the American government, called for a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza for the release of Zionist prisoners.
After Joe Biden announced his opinion on Thursday, the American media predicted that Blinken would try to convince the Israeli authorities to stop the war during his trip to Tel Aviv.
At the same time as Antony Blinken's arrival in Tel Aviv, the Hebrew media announced that he was the carrier of a proposed plan by Americans to reach a temporary ceasefire in Gaza.
The proposal of a ceasefire in a situation where the Zionist regime's army has faced heavy casualties by entering Gaza by land, according to the regime's political and military officials, can be a relatively dignified escape route to get out of the Gaza swamp.
Although no official news has yet been published regarding the purpose of Blinken's trip to Tel Aviv, as well as the content of the important speech of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, and the connection between these two events, the growing wave of public opposition around the world to the continuation of Zionist crimes in Gaza and also the escalation of attacks by the resistance forces in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, and Yemen against the positions of the Zionist regime and the United States, which indicates the serious will of the resistance front to deal with the crimes of Israel in a comprehensive way, is definitely an effective reason for adaptation of new positions by the White House and its desire to establish a ceasefire.
