NOURNEWS- Dr. Hossein Amir Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, met and discussed with the Prime Minister / Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.
In this meeting, the latest developments in Palestine and the crisis in Gaza were discussed and exchanged by the two high officials.
The parties consider the situation in the region explosive and highly tense as a result of the continuation of the current crisis in Gaza, and it was emphasized the necessity of continuing joint efforts in order to stop the barbaric military attacks of the Zionist regime against the defenseless people of Gaza and end the war crimes of the Zionists as well as breaking the inhumane siege against Gaza and sending the humanitarian aid immediately, furthermore, the two high officials consulted and exchanged their views about the ways to achieve these said goals.
The two sides also agreed on the continuation of joint efforts in this field and the use of the joint capacities of Islamic countries and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in supporting the oppressed nation of Palestine and stopping the barbaric attacks of the Zionists against Gaza.
