NOURNEWS- According to the report of the World Bank, the status of 3 governance indicators in Iran has improved over the past year.
In the World Bank report, it is stated that while the Iranian government was given a score of 16.7 in the government efficiency index in 2021, this score has increased to 18.4 units in 2022, which indicates the growth of the government's efficiency.
Political stability, the state of Iran's government has also improved compared to the previous year compared to the index of corruption control and rule of law.
In the chart of the World Bank, the year 2022 was a better year than the previous year according to the political stability index, as the number of the chart increased from 8 in 2021 to 8.5 in 2022.
The third indicator that has improved according to the World Bank report is corruption control and fight against corruption. In this index, the state of good governance in Iran has improved from 13.8 in 2021 to 14.2 in 2022.
The International Monetary Fund also published a report and announced that Iran has become the 21st economy in the world by climbing one ranking in this institute’s ranking.
Iran's economy ranked 201st in the world, with an increase of 161 billion dollars in GDP in 2022 and a one-step rise in the ranking of the world's largest economies.
According to the purchasing power index, Iran's gross domestic product has reached 1,616 billion dollars this year.
Iran's economy is bigger than the economies of 173 other countries in the world, and only 20 countries had a higher GDP than Iran this year.
