NOURNEWS- Admiral Ali Shamkhani, a member of Iran’s Expediency Discernment Council, wrote on X social network (formerly known as Twitter): Iran and Saudi Arabia are taking the needed steps for reducing their geopolitical competition, and the two countries are expanding and establishing their Geo-economic relations. The simultaneous acceptance of Iran and Saudi Arabia in BRICS, if planned and managed correctly, can strengthen the abovementioned process and led to creation of new capacities for the development of stability and economic growth in the West Asia region.
