Quayyum Raja's Observation of a Week Long Visit to Tehran

Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Public Diplomacy, Quayyum Raja said in a press statement that Iran is a sea of knowledge whose deepness and vastness is difficult to imagine and measure. It is the depth of knowledge and strength of self-confidence that has enabled the people of Iran to survive unfair and unjust international economic sanctions going on since the Islamic Revolution.

NOURNEWS- On his return to Azad Jammu Kashmir, chairman of Jammu Kashmir Public Diplomacy, Quayyum Raja said in a press statement that Iran is a sea of knowledge whose deepness and vastness is difficult to imagine and measure. It is the depth of knowledge and strength of self-confidence that has enabled the people of Iran to survive unfair and unjust international economic sanctions going on since the Islamic Revolution. He said he visited only Tehran and Qom, but there was so much to see and reflect on that one week was not enough even for these two cities let alone the whole of Iran.  He said he only managed to visit Medan-e-Azadi, Bait-e-Khomeini and certain libraries and was very impressed.  Iran is a Role Model in the Muslim World in terms of knowledge, learning and research.

Quayyum Raja has regretted that the United Nations is unable to remove half a century long economic sanctions because the UN is a prisoner of itself.  This is why the United Nations has not been able to resolve half a century long issues of Jammu Kashmir and Palestine. He said if the United Nations goal of existence is to only serve the interests of the imperialists, then he wonders why the Muslim should remain a part of such a UN and not establish their own independent Islamic United Nations or find an alternate.

Quayyum Raja also thanked Iran's Cultural Center in Islamabad and its PRO Syed Ramzan Mosovi and several coordinators in Tehran and Qom. He also thanked NourNews for highlighting the purpose of his visit, mainly Kashmir, which he raised with a foreign Minister of Iran through a letter, among other scholars and dignitaries.
