NOURNEWS- The news related to the German court ruling against a female ISIS citizen in this country has attracted the attention of many independent human rights circles these days.
The reason is that a German woman who joined ISIS has been sentenced to 9 years in prison.
One of her crimes is keeping a Yazidi woman as a slave, she has also been found guilty of crimes against humanity and joining a foreign terrorist organization.
A court in the city of Koblenz in western Germany has convicted this 37-year-old German woman named "Nadine" for the crime of harassing and abusing a young Yazidi woman. This woman was also convicted because she encouraged her husband to beat and rape this young Yazidi woman.
The fact of the matter is that, during the period of ISIS's presence in Syria and Iraq, the Germans were one of the main arms supporters of this terrorist group, and German weapons were often provided to Takfiri terrorists through intermediaries.
In such a situation, hundreds of German nationals joined the ranks of ISIS and started killing and looting defenseless people in al-Shamat area.
Now, by issuing a relatively light sentence for one of the ISIS fighters in this country, the German authorities have shown that they basically have no will to actually punish the German citizens of ISIS.
Beyond that, according to the available evidence and documents, there are dozens of cases related to the crimes of German ISIS nationals in Syria and Iraq, none of which has yet been heard and cited by the German judicial and security system.
To be more precise; German and European authorities basically show no interest in planning and investigating the crimes of their ISIS nationals and only investigate some cases due to the sensitivity of public opinion and the frequency of the crimes committed in them.
Now there are many questions and uncertainties about how hundreds of German terrorists were led to Syria and Iraq and their membership in ISIS and their role in the secret arms trade between German arms companies and Takfiri terrorists, which the German authorities certainly do not intend to answer.
The leaders of the Social Democratic, Christian Democratic, Free Democrats and even the Green Party of Germany, who have been in power for the past and recent years, have all been aware of these crimes, but not only have they deliberately kept silent about them, but also by creating A kind of safe margin for the German terrorists who are members of ISIS have provided the ground for them to commit more crimes against humanity.
In such a situation, the display of German human rights basically has no place of credibility and Arabs, and the disclosure of the numerous crimes of ISIS European citizens in Syria and Iraq will leave room for the continuation of these limited, demonstrative and ineffective trials.
