NOURNEWS - The behavior of American officials indicates their intention to use the position and capacity of their other international allies to stabilize and control the status of the war in Ukraine and heightened insecurity in Eastern Europe.
Part of this approach is aimed at the current conditions of the battlefield of the Ukraine war and another part is aimed at the future study of relations between Washington and its allies in the international system.
Aligned with this statement; The Americans are planning to enforce parts of the costs of their dangerous game in Ukraine on the shoulders of their allies in the future and ask them to avoid the short-term view of the Ukraine crisis and look at this situation with a long-term point of view.
In this regard, according to some knowledgeable sources; The US, one of the main suppliers of war ammunition for the Ukrainian army, is seeking to obtain the TNT required for Ukraine's 155 mm cannons to confront the Russian forces through Japan.
Although Japan's export laws do not allow Japanese companies to export some military items and forbids them to do so, especially lethal items, but, apparently in the midst of a shortage of ammunition, The US and its allies have found a solution to enable the sale of TNT to Ukraine's army!
A source familiar with the negotiations between Washington and Tokyo regarding the supply of TNT to Ukraine, while referring to the sensitivity of the issue, told Reuters: "There is a way for the US to buy explosives from Japan"
At the same time that Japan is hosting US Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin this week, another informed source confirmed the recent above-mentioned news in a conversation with Reuters.
According to the second source, Tokyo has informed Washington that Japan is allowed to sell industrial TNT only because the explosive is solely not just a military product.
Accordingly; Washington wants to connect a Japanese company to the TNT supply chain under the pretext of supplying explosives to the US military.
With this method, the US can pack explosives in 155 mm cannonballs and finally send them to Ukraine to supply this country's army with the needed ammunition for confronting Russia.
Although Washington and Tokyo have not yet reacted to connecting Japan to TNT's supply chain, the US State Department said in response to Reuters; Washington is working with its partners to provide the ammunition needed by the Ukrainian army to defend their country!
But, the fact of the matter is that; American authorities are still not able to measure and assess the current reality of the war in Ukraine, and this issue has caused the concern of well-known strategists such as Kissinger and even Fukuyama.
Of course, this strategic confusion has spread to America's allies, and it is influencing them, because of that, they have lost the ability to calculate and reckon their strategic, tactical, and behavioral consequences regarding the current developments in the Ukraine war.
This statement is also true for countries like Japan which are involved in the Ukraine crisis through the transfer of arms and other weaponry, even if by any chance, peace is achieved and a political agreement is reached between Kyiv and Moscow, the future relations of these involved countries with Russia will be affected.
