Whom benefits from border tension between two neighboring countries?

The strategy of the West for confronting any possible convergence between the countries of the West Asia is still standing and at work, and the attempt to cause some unrest in Afghanistan's borders with Iran, Pakistan, and also Central Asian countries is significant in this context.

NOURNEWS - After Saturday's conflict between the border guards of Iran and Afghanistan, positions and movements were observed by some people inside of the two countries, especially in the social media, which instead of paying attention to the principle of dialogue, all of them stressed on the military option and even cutting ties between Tehran and Kabul.

Even some inside of Iran emphasized on the need to respond decisively to the behavior of the Taliban, furthermore, they blamed the Islamic Republic for its tolerance in this regard, and prescribed options such as cutting ties with Afghanistan, deporting Afghan immigrants, and they even suggested the military option. Some even went beyond this and claimed that the lack of Iran's military response to the Taliban has caused uncertainty in Iran's missile and drone capabilities!

Many of these situations and words are similar to the claims that were suggested under different titles in 2001 when the American forces were present in Afghanistan and alternately in the years after that and even in 2021 when the Western forces left Afghanista, main stream media used the same words and repeated the same scenarios.

In Afghanistan, some people and movements have exposed the fate of the US in Afghanistan by taking a stand and sometimes attacking Iranian officials. Simultaneously with these behaviors, a series of pictures and videos with the title of Iran-Taliban border conflict and even the killing of Iranian border guards by the Taliban's forces have been published on the social media, which have nothing to do with Saturday's clashes, and even most of them are not related to Iran-Afghanistan borders at all.

The agenda behind the scenes of this situations and the goals and strategy for these situations will become more obvious when the opposition media uses the ashes of the aforementioned conflicts with extensive news coverage and decides to turn it into a regional war and crisis, despite the peace on the borders, they are continuing to broadcast images, Alleging and conducting so-called expert interviews to focus on the military confrontation between the two neighboring countries. A look at the process of Iran-Afghanistan relations from the past to the present shows that this type of behavior against the relations between the two countries has a precedent and in the past this scenario has been repeated with fake news on various pretexts.

Now, the immoral approach of the rulers of Kabul regarding Helmand's water claim has become a new excuse for these movements to ignite a fire against the security and existing peace between of the two countries and the West Asia. Although the US troops have left Afghanistan for nearly two years, they still continue their past practice and are looking for the continuation of the security and food crises in Afghanistan. On the other hand; In addition to creating social restrictions for the Afghan people, the monopoly of the Taliban in unilaterally maintaining power and not forming a comprehensive government has become an efficient tool for the strategies of the Western countries against Afghanistan. Although Europe and the US claim that their goal is to realize democracy and social and cultural freedoms, especially for women in Afghanistan, but in practice they are satisfied with the current situation of this country.

On the one hand, they refuse to implement their food and medical humanitarian commitments to Afghanistan in the form of humanitarian aid packages from UN, and on the other hand, they use the tense and crisis-ridden atmosphere of Afghanistan to strengthen and support terrorist groups. Beyond that; The strategy of the West for confronting any possible convergence between the countries of the West Asia is still standing and at work, and the attempt to cause some unrest in Afghanistan's borders with Iran, Pakistan, and also Central Asian countries is significant in this context.

Meanwhile, the escape of Western troops from Afghanistan and the developments of the war in Ukraine showed that not only the US is not the alleged savior, but the current situation in Afghanistan and other crises in West Asia are the result of Western interventions, and they can be solved only by the convergence of regional countries and without the involvement of Western actors in the West Asia.

To put it more precisely; By setting traps in the West Asia, the West is still seeking to disrupt the efforts of the countries in the Middle East to achieve stability and peace so that Western countries can continue their destructive interventions in the region. The recent border tensions between Iran and Afghanistan are being resolved with the correct management and dialogues and actions of Iran's border guards and the emphasis that the authorities of the two countries have placed on solving the issues and challenges ahead are helping to mend the situation.

On the other hand, due to the opportunism of some people inside of the two countries and the extensive foreign media support for them in order to bring Iran and Afghanistan and the whole region into conflict and strife, it seems that it is necessary to be alert and refrain from emotional behavior on the part of the public opinion of the two countries.
