The Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) arrived in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan's Republic, and was welcomed by his Azeri counterpart.
NOURNEWS - Admiral Ali Shamkhani is scheduled to have meetings with his Azeri counterpart Ramil Idris oglu Usubov and President Ilham Aliyev. Admiral Shamkhani is in Baku to pursue the implementation of the agreements reached between the two countries as well as to talk about the latest political, security, and economic developments in the region and the world. The relations between Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan enhanced since the meeting of the two countries' Presidents on the sidelines of the meeting of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan, on November 28, 2021.
