Why is the "American Second Plan" just a propaganda scenario?

The Western side, because it does not have a defensible logic to advance the negotiations due to its previous black history and current extravagance, prefers to raise issues such as "the second plan", "military threat", "magnifying the so-called threat of Iran's nuclear development" and emphasizing "time constraints", to escape the logic of dialogue to reach a good agreement and achieve their goals by using pressure tools.

NOURNEWS - EU foreign policy chief Enrique Mora has announced that the Vienna talks will resume before the end of this year and on Monday (December 27th).

The developments that have taken place between the end of the previous round of talks and the beginning of its new phase on both the Eastern and Western fronts present at the Vienna talks are significant in many respects.

Examining the set of evidence that after the end of the previous round of negotiations and announcing the agreement of the two sides with the two drafts to be discussed on the issues of "lifting sanctions" and "Iran's nuclear program", it can be concluded that the approaches and demands of the parties to continue Negotiations are more clearly defined.

In the present circumstances, the outcome of the negotiations will depend solely on the will of the countries present in the negotiations to reach a "good agreement" or to insist on unprincipled positions by accepting the risk of a stalemate without the outcome of the negotiations.

The Vienna Talks were held on November 29, 2021, as Iran made new gains in peaceful nuclear activities, using compensatory measures within the safeguards framework, one year after the US's illegal withdrawal from the JCPOA and the failure of Europe to fulfill its obligations.

The West, while calling Iran's nuclear achievements worrisome and insisting on a "limited time" to reach an agreement, is unwilling to revert to its final commitments and address Iran's legitimate concerns about the possibility of a recurrence of inaction and inaction.

The objective translation of such an approach is "wanting more and giving less."

Certainly the West knows full well that Iran will not succumb to such excessive demands, and if there were grounds to accept such humiliation, it should have happened three years ago.

There is currently a serious rift between the two sides at the negotiating table, and since Iran, China and Russia see the solution to reducing the gap between the two sides as a return to the JCPOA agreement, there is a defensible logic for reaching an agreement.

"Iran has stated that as soon as the United States returns to the agreement, it will stop increasing uranium enrichment and building smarter centrifuges," Lavrov told Russian news agency RT, and continued: "Unfortunately, our Western partners are trying to turn the facts upside down."

In the latest such move, White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan traveled to the Occupied Territories and spoke with senior Israeli officials, which led to a joint statement in order to increase psychological pressure on Iranian negotiators.

For the Islamic Republic of Iran, the nature of such behaviors is quite clear. Firstly, from Iran's point of view, the existence of the second plan, which means military action against our country by any other country, is completely ruled out, and secondly, if the second plan is to focus on implementing new sanctions, its designers must explain whether there are other sanctions that they can apply or has not been applied yet ?!

Although the IRGC's recent exercise, in which a series of low-level operations in various dimensions were carried out, was based on prior planning, its accidental symmetry with the Vienna talks and the threats posed by the Western side of the talks sent a clear message to any Iranian military threat.

In addition, the Thirteenth Government's focus on utilizing domestic capacities to neutralize sanctions, as well as the proper management of the country's resources to prevent severe economic shocks, is another strong and meaningful message to those seeking to magnify sanctions to force Iran to surrender.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has entered the Vienna talks by taking advantage of a combination of domestic and foreign capacities in the political, economic and diplomatic dimensions to realize its lost rights in order to reach a "good agreement", and is taking a serious step in this direction.

Iran is thinking of only one plan, and that is to reach a good agreement based on the commitments of the parties in previous agreements.

Expressing threats such as the implementation of the "second plan" and ... may be effective for domestic consumption in the countries proposing it, but it will certainly not have the effect of changing the principled path started by Iran to achieve its looted rights.
