Europe, especially Britain and France, are heavily active in replacing the United States in the region, and they are trying to reconstruct their damaged economy through the access to the sale of weapons in the region.

Of the one; Israel is heavily concerned about the withdrawal of the United States from the region and tries to maintain its Western partners in any form so that it does not alone against the resistance front.
On the other hand; With the exit of Trump from JCPOA and following the legal reaction of Iran in reducing its nuclear obligations in the provision of progress in the peaceful nuclear program, the United States, Europe and the Zionist regime, while worrying about the development of this trend, and the fact that the pressure from sanctions has limited the economy of Iran and creating livelihoods for people and social dissatisfactions, feel victory and do not want to simply allow such a situation to change.
The United States and Europe seeks to restrict Iran in the development of peaceful nuclear activities and hence, Vienna talks are admitted to realize this approach, meanwhile, they know well that if according to the agreement signed in 2015, they accept the minimum economic privileges, and in particular the lifting of sanctions, the economic opening in Iran is created and its first result will be the re-beginning of immersive economic and commercial cooperation of Iran with neighboring countries, that is, exactly the capacities that Europe and the United States compete more than that.
American and European concerns about the obstacles of Iran's economic cooperation with neighboring countries have two main issues in which they share together:
First; Creating insecurity reducing substrates and increasing regional stability, which is definitely the source of flourishing of economic capacities in the region and reducing transnational dependencies.
Second; The inaccuracy of the pursuit of irrational policy that has a heaven of selling weapons and military equipment and the massive presence of Western mentorists and military in the region.
Meanwhile, the Zionist regime, which, using Western Irrational Policy, seeks to create a place for itself in the region and removed the initial steps in this direction, is heavily concerned about changing the situation and the loss of the areas of development of its security and intelligence in the region.
The collection of the above factors created a situation in which, although the need to negotiate restrictions on peaceful nuclear activities in Iran has become an unavoidable principal for the United States and Europe, but they do not want to make economic privileges even with the reason mentioned in 2015 JCPOA, and the possibility of increasing Iran's economic and political movements at the regional and international level.
The contradictions from the beginning of the new round of talks between Iran and P4+1, especially in the field of media outlets and the issuance of strange E3 statements that, according to the Russian representative, are so unreasonable, as if it is the first time that these countries are sitting behind the negotiating table,indicates that the West's effort announces a complex strategic advancement, is naturally unexpected in their essence.
The way that the West is focused on new round of talks and the media and political play of these countries, which focuses on Iran's accusation, exaggeration, more aggression, a worrying speed of nuclear activities, and more, indicates that all of these designs are aimed at developing to force Iran to accept the 2021 JCPOA instead of 2015 JCPOA.
2021 JCPOA is an agreement in the West opinion that will limit Iran's nuclear activities even more than 2015 JCPOA, and no sustainability privileges that can be the source of a significant change in the economic, political and regional relations of Iran.
The agreement that the United States, Europe and the Zionist regime are pursuing, in fact, tries to strategically contain Iran and permanently leverage political, economic and security tools.
It is very clear that the negotiators of Iran will never go under the burden of such an agreement that has no benefit for the Iranian people, and only hoping for the formation of a new agreement, which returns to the logical rotation table according to the 2015 agreements, and negotiation be replaced with the political and media games.
