Europe's loss of innovation in the face of Iran's groundbreaking proposals

According to Nournews, the Western countries present at the talks, that stressed the need to follow the initial drafts in the previous six rounds of negotiations before the start of the new round, did not put any initiative on the table and practically slowed down the negotiation process.

NOURNEWS - Reports from Vienna indicate that after presenting Iran's proposals in the form of two documents on the lifting of sanctions and nuclear activities, two working groups of Nuclear Commitments and the Lifting of Sanctions have convened a meeting and after these meetings, a meeting of the JCPOA Joint Commission is scheduled to be held to decide on the continuation of the negotiation process.

Ali Bagheri, senior negotiator and head of the Iranian negotiating team, also announced today; In the third document that will be presented to the other parties in the JCPOA, Iran expresses its views and proposals on the fact of the verification period of the lifting of sanctions.

Emphasizing that the lifting of sanctions is not a step by step, Bagheri added: "We have three documents and the verification period for the lifting of sanctions is in the third document, which has not been delivered to the parties yet."

The presentation of two documents on the lifting of sanctions and nuclear activities by the Iranian delegation and Ali Bagheri's promise to present a third document, is a clear and convincing proof that Iran has not only entered the Vienna negotiation process by sending a full expert team, but also with a full hand and the presentation of groundbreaking initiatives has foreseen all the necessary arrangements for pursuing constructive and result-oriented negotiations.

This is important because the Western side of the P4+1, is following Washington's will, even before the start of this round of talks, relied on heavy psychological operations solely on the "blame game", due to a lack of willpower to reach an agreement. So that, they have focused and made every effort to blame Iran for a possible disagreement.

However, Iran's readiness and the presentation of clear and operational solutions show that the Islamic Republic, in the period between the end of the previous round of talks in the Twelfth Administration and the preparation of a new team in the Thirteenth Administration, has carried out comprehensive activities to prepare for the talks.

In return; According to NUornews, the Western countries present at the talks, which before the start of the new round stressed the need to follow the initial drafts in the previous six rounds of negotiations, did not put any initiative on the table and practically slowed down the negotiation process.

It should be noted that although Iran has stated from the beginning that achieving a good agreement will not be sacrificed for speed in the negotiations, the unpreparedness of the European parties has practically slowed down the negotiation process for no reason and has halted the way forward.

On this basis; Given the unwillingness of the Western parties to advance professional, path-breaking and outcome-oriented negotiations, it seems we must, as in the past, wait for the intensification of the Western blame game against Iran.

Today's remarks by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken that said: "In the very near future we can judge whether Iran really intends to participate in the negotiations in good faith or not," shows that, unfortunately, the three European countries are still unable to play an independent role in the negotiations.
