The decision to cancel the Palestinian agreement with Israel and the United States was implemented

The secretary of the executive committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, while announcing the cancellation of the Palestinian agreement with the United States and the Zionist regime, stressed that the regime has not fulfilled its obligations under the Oslo Accords.

NOURNEWS- Saeb Ariqat, secretary of the executive committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), said Wednesday that the Zionist regime has not fulfilled its obligations under the Oslo Accords.

"We are a nation under occupation and our legal personality is defined by the 2012 UN General Assembly resolution as a Palestinian state," the Palestinian news agency Wafa reported, quoting Ariqat.

"Israel has not only ignored the fundamental concept of the Oslo Accords ... but also rescinded them and failed to live up to its commitments," he said.

Ariqat stated that the basic concept of the Oslo Accords is based on international resolutions and final negotiations on issues such as borders, refugees, Quds and Zionist settlements, and water and security.

The Palestinian official noted that the Palestinian decision to cancel the agreements with the Zionist regime and the United States has immediately entered into force.

"The current situation cannot continue," he concluded. "Israel must live up to its obligations under international law and international humanitarian law and the Geneva IV Treaty."

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said last night that Ramallah would rescind its agreements with the Zionist regime and the United States.

The Zionist regime plans to annex more than 30% of the West Bank to its occupied territories next July; An aggressive act that has been criticized by many countries.

In this regard, Izam al-Ahmad, a member of the Central Committee of the Palestinian Fatah Movement, stressed that Ramallah's recognition of the Zionist regime should be revoked.

"Everything in the Oslo Accords has gone down in history ... the cancellation of the agreements must include the cancellation of recognition [of the Zionist regime] and the cancellation of security coordination and the Paris Agreement," al-Ahmad said.
