Knowledgeable sources, who did not want to be named, talked about the plan to deploy international forces in Gaza, the sources furthermore stated that American and European officials are still facing important questions regarding this idea including whether such an operation would be effective in Gaza or not. This is while they admit that Israel is skeptical of this plan.

However, the officials said that even discussing the plan might force Israel to end its military action and consider future plans.

According to Bloomberg, one of the options that the US and European officials are considering is the extension of the role of the UN Ceasefire Monitoring Organization.

France criticized the violence of the Zionist settlers against the Palestinians living in the West Bank of the Jordan River and called it a “policy of terror”.
